A series of dental implants are first surgically implanted into the jawbone to serve as a secure base upon which the denture will be attached so that it can be permanently secured in the mouth. Once the implants have been given time to sufficiently heal, the denture is affixed to the titanium posts and holds the replacement teeth securely in place. This makes teeth look as natural as if they were your own and also makes them feel comfortable and natural, removing many of the restrictions that may accompany removable options.
